Join Pipit chef Ben Devlin (external site) as he introduces gyotaku: an ancient Japanese method of printing with fish that celebrates the connection between food, art and the sea.
Sydney restaurant Pipit is the only Australian fine diner offering this unique integrated art and dining experience. Now it comes to Town Square.
Following the demonstration, chef Ben will create two snacks from the seafood he’ll be featuring, along with an additional drink to match.
