The Alternative is a new South Australian program that aims to capitalise on this innovative spirit, offering graduate roles for a new era of progressive postgraduates.

With access to some of South Australia’s fast-moving industries, participants will gain real-world experience, an abundance of growth and be part of an exciting new graduate community.

For participating businesses, graduates can undertake exciting projects for the organisation, injecting fresh perspectives, innovative ideas and practical solutions. In the process, companies may even identify the next leaders within their business.

Graduates will get the opportunity to explore a range of businesses, with three rotations over 18 months designed to keep participants engaged, challenged and motivated.

Skill identification, access to inspiring mentors and coaching, ongoing professional development, early creation of local professional networks, and the chance to explore and develop new skills are just some of the reasons to put your hand up for a place in The Alternative.

The first graduate cohort will kick off mid 2024.
