Parents across the state are breathing a sigh of relief now that the pressures of finding that perfect Book Week costume is over for another year. They might even get a chance to do some reading of their own.
With that in mind we asked Public Library Services, which supports LibrariesSA, for some recommendations, and they've provided a list of this year’s most digitally downloaded books via Libby - a free library reading app.
Trent Dalton’s latest book, Lola in the Mirror, took out top spot for e-books with 1721 loans, while Rebecca Yarros’ second book in the Fourth Wing series, Iron Flame, had the most audio downloads with 2168.
If you’re new to reading online and not sure where to start, LibrariesSA has unlimited access to Body of Lies by Sarah Bailey until Thursday 5 September.
