The finalists in the South Australian Best of Wine Tourism Awards have been announced, and feature 19 wineries from seven wine regions across the state.
The winner of each category will be revealed at an awards ceremony in October. They'll then compete on the world stage when they are presented to an international jury for the 2024 Global Best of Wine Tourism Awards announced in Lausanne, Switzerland in late October.
The annual awards celebrate and recognise excellence in South Australia's wineries and wine tourism experiences. The shortlisted wineries and wine tourism experiences are:

All of the shortlisted entrants will also be considered for the Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices award. The winner of this award will have integrated environmental, economic and social sustainability innovations into their tourism offering.
The Best of Wine Tourism Awards are part of Adelaide, South Australia's membership in the prestigious Great Wine Capitals Global Network. The state's membership formally recognises South Australia as one of the top wine producers and wine destinations in the world and benchmarks against prestigious regions such as Bordeaux and the Napa Valley.
The awards program is coordinated by the Great Wine Capital steering committee which includes representatives from the Department of Primary Industries and Regions, South Australian Tourism Commission, South Australian Wine Industry Association, University of Adelaide, and University of South Australia.
