The properties, to be built by Rivergum Homes, will be exclusively listed at fixed prices only for people eligible to buy under the Homeseeker SA program.

The exclusive offer means buyers under Homeseeker SA face no competition and price pressures from investor buyers.

The South Australian Housing Authority will build 30 homes and offer another 25 house and land packages, supporting South Australians to get into home ownership.

The house and land packages are anticipated to be priced between $550,000 and $610,000. Stamp duty is only payable on the land value, offering a further saving of $18,450 on the lowest price home.
